Terms & Conditions of Sale

By placing an order directly with GRECH Sales & Marketing Pty Ltd, it is accepted that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions of sale.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars, plus GST and freight. GST applies only to goods sold, invoiced and delivered within Australia only.  Applies to all purchases made directly with GRECH Sales & Marketing Pty Ltd.

1. Making a purchase Policy:

Is quite simple you can either contact us by email, telephone or fax with your requirements. We will send you a formalized quote as per your requirements, should you wish to proceed you can confirm the order based on the formalized quotation by email, telephone or fax. At which time we will create an invoice so you can make payment. Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched. Special ordered in items will require a 25% non refundable deposit to be paid.

2. Payment Options Policy:

Payment can be made by the following options as listed below.

Cheque: Please make payable to GRECH Sales & Marketing Pty Ltd addressed to our mailing address P.O Box 531 Pennant Hills, NSW 1715 Australia.

Cash: This will only be accepted if the goods are being picked from our premise or we are delivering the goods in person.

Direct Deposit: Please ask for our banking details when making payment.

3. Shipping and handling Costs Policy:

Where ever possible GRECH Sales and Marketing uses Australia Post registered mail service for all small items or TNT for larger items. Please note Dangerous / Hazardous goods cannot be sent via Australia Post.

Freight is quoted on per item basis depending on overall size, weight, destination and classification of goods be sent etc.

Orders will be shipped by the most efficient or cost effective method possible. The shipping cost does not necessarily reflect the shipping method used.

We prefer a business address for shipping as our couriers require all deliveries to be signed for.

Orders may be picked up from our premises with prior notice only, but you must let us know in your order. A shipping charge will be calculated, but this will be removed once pick up has been established.

Freight insurance is at the customer’s expense.

4. Cancelling an order Policy:

Order cancellations can be made by telephone, email and fax until the order has been shipped. If the order has been shipped prior to receiving the cancelation of the order, our normal returns policy applies.

5. Returns Policy:

Returns of products are subjected to but not limited to as per below.

- All products must be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
- All products must be un-opened.
- All products must be un-damaged.
- Items especially ordered in are not returnable.
- Partial returns are not accepted.
- Freight costs are non-fundable.

6. Warranty Policy:

GRECH Sales and Marketing Pty Ltd will replace faulty items to the value of the original invoice value within 14 days only after we have received authorization by the relevant manufacturers. All returns must be accompanied by the oringal invoice of sale. Goods being returned remain the property and responsibility of the customer until received by GRECH Sales and Marketing Pty Ltd. You the customer will be responsible for the shipping of returned goods and all shipping / freight costs etc. Any returns that are received outside of these terms could result in a delay in processing the return.

7. Changes to Specifications Policy:

Manufacturers may change the specifications of their products with or without notice. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the product specifications, this is not always possible. Although GRECH Sales and Marketing Pty Ltd has attempted to provide accurate information either via its web site or in any other communication, GRECH Sales and Marketing Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information. GRECH Sales and Marketing may change the products or services mentioned at any time with or without notice.
